A real community can thrive even if the technology is not up to standard. The best technical design is of little value if no real community makes use of it. The social aspects of WACAN are more important than the technical aspects. WACAN needs members who care about building the community it hopes to be. If this happens, then we will find a way to obtain the technology we need.
